POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Diagnose problems replace or repair parts test and adjust.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Must have strong organizational skills to accurately complete and file required reports and documents and excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- The ability to troubleshoot and repair PLCs
- Strong electrical knowledge
- The ability to read blueprints schematics and wire drawings
- Conveyor repair is a plus
- Ability to take initiative identifying potential problems and solutions.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Schedule/ Shift: Sunday through Thursday 8:00 pm-4:30 am. Friday OT as needed.
Location: Duncan SC
Travel Requirements: None
Over Time: up as needed on Friday nights.
