We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Process Technology Manager Cooking to join our Fiberline this role you will be responsible for planning directing and coordinating a team of engineers and their activities.
You will be based in Karlstad (Sweden).

Your responsibilities

Coordinate and direct engineering projects making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
Resolve product issues related to design or production needs ensuring timely and effective solutions. Contribute with deep knowledge in cooking processes and operations in challenging projects.
Build and lead a global virtual team of specialized resources and mentor and coach junior and mid-level process engineers and specialists to develop into senior-level contributors capable of supporting similar complex projects.
Liaise with management production and marketing staff to discuss engineering specifications and procedures. Provide support for production technologies in various locations ensuring smooth operations and adherence to standards.
Analyze technology resource needs and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of engineering requirements and manage the workflow of the engineering department and subcontractors.
Generate and support technology and operational standards ensuring effective communication between locations.
Support and collaborate with Product Management and R&D in the development of new products and process improvements including feasibility studies.
Actively challenge ideas and the status quo with respect to technology manufacturing and process capabilities.

Who is the candidate we are looking for

Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field.
Strong technical background and understanding of Cooking processes.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Commitment to continuous improvement and quality assurance.
Excellent proficiency in English and Swedish Finnish and Portuguese are beneficial.
Willingness to travel as required.
