Who are we looking for
Were looking for Competency Coordinator to join our Project Services team.
Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Providing support to Sydney team members for their needs and requests:
- Review CVs and qualifications identify gaps and map experience to roles categories.
- Maintain accurate competency and CV registers using Excel SharePoint or similar tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance. - Prepare reports and dashboards on competency compliance trends and pending actions.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders managing documentation workflows efficiently.
What you will bring to the team:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) and document management tools (SharePoint Teams OneDrive).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
- Experience in cross-checking competencies and qualifications.
- Experience with reporting dashboards (Power BI Smartsheet)
This job offer can be based either in Makati Quezon City or in our office in Cebu depending on your home base / location.
