About the role

As a Learning Consultant Design youll create high-quality learning products that support Suncorps Motor Claims Customer strategy. Youll collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver innovative fit-for-purpose solutions that enhance workforce capability and drive continuous improvement.

What youll do

• Design engaging learning solutions using Suncorps methodologies tools and resources to support strategic outcomes
• Develop content evaluation strategies and materials that align with business needs and learning objectives
• Lead instructional design projects managing timelines risks and vendor relationships to ensure quality delivery
• Provide expert advice and internal quality assurance to raise the standard of learning across the Motor Claims team
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure learning solutions are relevant and impactful
• Contribute to a collaborative learning community sharing knowledge and supporting team engagement

What youll bring

• 2 years experience in learning and development with a focus on instructional design and blended learning approaches
• Proficiency in learning design tools such as Lectora or Captivate and strong systems skills including Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end including vendor coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and LMS platforms with a continuous improvement mindset
