The Electrical Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying customer needs presenting electrical solutions and closing residential and light commercial sales opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills technical understanding and the ability to build trust with customers through professionalism and expertise.

- Meet with residential and commercial customers to assess electrical needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare detailed estimates quotes and proposals for electrical repairs upgrades and installations.
- Educate customers on products safety improvements energy efficiency options and code compliance.
- Follow up on leads generated by service technicians marketing or customer inquiries.
- Maintain consistent communication with the dispatch and installation teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales goals for revenue closing rate and average ticket size.
- Track opportunities in the company CRM and provide timely updates on job status.
- Participate in team meetings training sessions and performance reviews.
- Ensure all sales are conducted with honesty integrity and compliance with company policies and local codes.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience in electrical or home services preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential and light commercial electrical systems.
- Excellent communication customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-driven with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient with quoting tools CRM systems (Service Titian) and Microsoft Office.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary plus commission or performance-based pay structure

Compensation: $40000.00 - $200000.00 per year
