The Role
You will be responsible for providing quality timely and efficient output of document production (either electronic or hard copy). You will achieve this by working within your team but also independently on a range of tasks from pagination and printing to photocopying and this role you will also:
- Log and action requests through our Job Management System
- Liaise with our clients to better understand their requirements and provide support where necessary
- Create cost estimates by assessing hardcopy/electronic data
This is a permanent full-time roleMonday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm(full-time ongoing). Depending on the needs of the team paid overtime is available.

The successful candidate in this role will be passionate in delivering quality service to our clients. You enjoy being part of a team and have exceptional organisation and time management skills. You will also have:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Solving problems by understanding client requirements and creating high quality document solutions
- Demonstrable patience under pressure and the ability to handle routine work independently
To be eligible for this role you must have full working rights to apply for this role. You will also be required to undergo pre-employment checks including a national Police check.
