What youll be doing:
Research and identify potential partners through online channels local networks and other sources.
Conduct outbound calls to new and potential partners to build strong business relationships and close new contracts.
Re-engage previously interested venues and maintain a consistent outreach strategy.
Present TLCs offerings clearly and persuasively to prospective clients.
Ensure professional effective communication with all partners new existing and past.
Maintain accurate up-to-date records in CRM systems.
Prepare feasibility reports and handle partner product requests.
Manage your daily workflow according to team briefings and set performance targets.
Who were looking for:
Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with external partners.
Strong research and analytical skills to assess partner suitability for TLC promotions (quality value and volume).
Previous experience in telesales media sales or partnership development.
Confident communicator with exceptional phone presence and influencing skills.
Target-driven self-motivated and able to work independently.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
