The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and inspirational Science Teacher to join the schools thriving Science Department from January 2026.
You will:
- Teach Science across Key Stages 35 (with specialism in Biology Chemistry or Physics welcome).
- Inspire a love of learning through engaging practical and inquiry-based lessons.
- Contribute to the development of innovative schemes of work and enrichment opportunities.
- Support pupils preparing for GCSE and A Level examinations.
- Play an active role in the wider life of the school including clubs trips and events.
This is an outstanding opportunity to teach in an environment that values both academic excellence and holistic education.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be:
- A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE).
- Passionate about Science and committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
- Confident in using technology and innovative teaching strategies.
- Experienced in (or enthusiastic about) teaching at A Level.
- Legally able to work in the UK.
