Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science ECTto join an Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Southampton this January 2026. You will teach Science across Key Stages 35 inspiring curiosity and a love for learning through dynamic and practical lessons. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Science lessons across KS3KS5.
Inspire students to explore scientific concepts through experimentation and enquiry-based learning.
Monitor and assess student progress providing targeted feedback to promote achievement.
Contribute to extracurricular activities such as STEM clubs science fairs and enrichment events.

About You:
A degree in a Science-related discipline (Biology Chemistry or Physics).
PGCE with QTS (or pending award).
A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching Science.
Strong communication organisational and classroom management skills.
