Your role

As a Sales Support Agent youll be the friendly voice behind our home delivery service for frozen food and wine .
Youll engage with loyal customers manage orders and share special promotions that make their day brighter!
Outbound Sales: Call customers to update delivery times reschedule or take new orders. Offer special deals & add-ons!
Inbound Support: Help with orders cancellations reschedules and general questions via phone or email.
Customer Care: Create happy customers with your empathy and positivity!

Requirements

Secondary school diploma
Native Dutch or French
Basic PC skills
Sales or hospitality experience a plus!
