Responsibilities:
- Formulating and designing national sales and profitability plans for the organisations channels.
- Analyzing national performance against the potential to determine sales targets.
- Tracking sales and analyzing performance for each territory -daily weekly and monthly in line with the national targets.
- Assisting the CEO with the production of proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals or Request for Information.
- Proposing and recommending appropriate merchandising material for the channels.
- Recommending channel development use cases and pricing initiatives with the aim of inducing product usage.
- Conducting trade visits designing and implementing strategies to improve business performance.
- Initiating and motivating reviews of trading terms when needed to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Designing and implementing national customer acquisition strategies to enhance product uptake and usage.
- Recommending promotional activities to enhance product uptake and usage.
- Overseeing effective implementation of promotions and other trade activations.
- Setting performance standards by territory and reviews periodically
- Training staff or arranging for the training of staff in the understanding and compliance of business rules and regulations
- Ensuring systems policies and procedures adherence
Key Skills:
- Proven ability to sell contact centre services AI solutions chatbots and back-office support.
- Deep understanding of BPO trends and client needs especially in Southern Africa.
- Technically savvy
- kill in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to tailor service offerings to corporate client pain points.
Qualifications:
- 6 O levels including English and Maths 3 A levels
- Degree in Sales Marketing or equivalent plus relevant vocational qualification in sales.
