Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for structuring organizing and analyzing business-specific data to enable effective reporting insights and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL data management and analytics and will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure all data needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

Structure organize and analyze data to support effective decision-making across business functions.
Transform raw data from multiple sources into curated easy-to-use datasets for reporting and analysis.
Take ownership of existing SQL jobs processes and datasets to ensure optimization and alignment with best practices.
Provide data support to teams and analysts; interface with strategic stakeholders to ensure accuracy and usability of data outputs.
Monitor SQL processes to ensure timely and accurate data refreshes.
Develop and maintain dashboards reports and analytical tools that deliver actionable insights.
Collaborate with teams to define metrics identify trends and present findings to leadership.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related discipline.
Experience: 3 5 years of database or data analysis experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise in relational databases stored procedures functions and SQL job management.
- Strong SQL query-writing and analytical/aggregate function skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Apex and Tableau preferred.
- Proficiency in research audit and problem-solving.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in work.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time set priorities and meet deadlines independently.
- Adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

$57.00/hour paid weekly on Fridays.
