Job Summary

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience on a platform or enablement team (not just feature delivery)

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines DevOps practices or observability tools (Datadog Sentry etc.)

- Can bridge between platform strategy and implementation detail

- Ability to maintain a holistic view of the MWAP ecosystem ensuring all pieces (routing APIs UI shell) are documented and consistent

- Familiar with Jira/Confluence for backlog and documentation

- Experience documenting system integrations (e.g. sequence diagrams swimlane diagrams...)

- Primary stakeholders have been developers architects and other platform teams

Core Responsibilities:

- Partner with product managers engineers and architects to translate business and platform needs into system requirements

- Maintain system documentation including interface contracts error handling and platform guardrails

- Serve as the go-to SME for how services micro frontends and the platform interact

- Support QA and UAT with clear requirements acceptance criteria and traceability

- Facilitate requirements workshops backlog refinement and ensure stories have the necessary system-level detail for developers
