Job Summary

Hiring: Travel CNA
Location: Meeker CO 81641
Schedule: Days 36hr/wk
Hourly rate: $30/hr - $34/hr

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing dressing grooming eating and toileting.
Measure and record vital signs (temperature blood pressure pulse respiration).
Help patients with mobility and physical exercises as directed by the nurse or therapist.
Maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Report any changes in patient condition or behavior to the nursing staff promptly.
Assist with patient admissions transfers and discharges.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Ensure proper documentation of care provided and observations made.
Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.

License and Certification:

CERTS: MUST HAVE CURRENT UNRESTRICTED COLORADO CERTIFICATION
EXP: LTC Experience Required
Min 4 years of experience
BLS
