Job Summary

Location: 100% Remote (Work from Anywhere in India)
Contract Type: Freelance / Project-Based Contract
Compensation: Highly Competitive Hourly/Project Rate ( Range commensurate with tier-1 global standards and expertise) usually from $50/hr

Tasks

Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Design test and strategically refine complex inputs (prompts) to guide LLMs toward superior coherent and highly technical outputs.

Expert Data Validation: Act as a Subject Matter Expert to rigorously validate and fact-check AI-generated content for technical accuracy context and correctness in your domain.

AI Quality & Ethics Review: Apply sophisticated human judgment to rate rank and critique AI responses ensuring strict compliance with AI Ethics standards and internal safety guidelines.

Content Generation: Create new high-quality expert-level training data and provide gold-standard annotations to fill knowledge gaps within the model.

Cross-Domain Mastery: Rapidly assimilate new project guidelines and technical documentation to ensure project adaptability and output precision.

Requirements

Domain Expertise (Critical): Demonstrated proven expertise in a specialized domain such as:

Tier-1 STEM: Advanced Mathematics Physics Chemistry or Computer Science (DSA specific frameworks).
Professional Services: Finance Indian Law/Regulatory Compliance or Medical Sciences.
Content/Language: High-level Technical Writing Curriculum Design or high proficiency in regional Indian languages/dialects is a major plus.

Generative AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with and evaluating outputs from major Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g. GPT Claude Gemini).

Prompt Engineering Acumen: Exceptional ability to craft clear technical and effective input queries to control and refine model behavior.

Communication & Work Ethic: Excellent command of English (written and verbal) and a proven track record of strong self-discipline and meeting deadlines in a remote work setting.
