Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Herndon VA 20171
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $25/hr to $30/hr DOE
Job Description
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a key role in approving and processing accurate orders in a timely manner. This position will serve as the primary contact for internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed knowledge of order process management
- Process orders new and replacement for customers (internal and external) as required
- Assist operations with order adjustments as needed
- Work with the sales organization to ensure data accuracy in
- Support sales team members with account setup order processing billing issues shipping escalations and associated customer-related assistance as needed.
- Sales Force CRM management (changes to records fields workflows validation reports)
- Review and maintain contract accuracy to include ordering changes to contract trial conversion and reactivations
- Monitor multiple email inboxes and respond within a timely manner
- Other projects and assignments as required
Experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in Accounting Finance Operations or Project Management
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel Word Access Outlook)
- Experience with Sales Force and Great Plains ERP system
- Order processing customer support and billing experience
