Job Summary:

The Nurse Manager supervise the day-to-day operations of nursing units under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Provide clinical oversight to nursing staff either directly or through designated supervisors.
Ensure high-quality resident care through training mentorship and supervision of staff on assigned shifts.
Communicate regularly with the Director of Nursing and/or Nurse Managers to identify report and address unit concerns. Escalate critical issues during off-hours only when necessary.

Requirements:

NYS License required
BLS required
Previous nurse manager experience required
