Job Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Vlocity (Omnistudio) Developer / Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in building scalable high-performance solutions on Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) platform.

You will be responsible for designing configuring and developing OmniStudio components and integrating Salesforce with external systems to deliver business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop end-to-end solutions using Vlocity Omnistudio tools (DataRaptors Integration Procedures OmniScripts FlexCards).
Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Service and Industries Cloud.
Implement OmniStudio Data Integration and automate business processes.
Work with Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and SOQL for custom logic.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects admins and business analysts.
Participate in unit testing UAT support and production deployments.
Troubleshoot optimize and maintain existing Vlocity applications.

Required Skills:

5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience with 3 years in Vlocity / OmniStudio.
Strong expertise in DataRaptors Integration Procedures OmniScripts FlexCards.
Proficient in Apex LWC Triggers and Salesforce configuration.
Knowledge of Salesforce Data Model Security and APIs.
Experience in Agile/Scrum development environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Good to Have:

Vlocity Platform Developer or Salesforce Industries certification.
Experience in telecom insurance or energy domains.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps processes in Salesforce.
