Job Summary
Were looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Construction Finance professional to CF portfolio review and reporting function. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Construction Finance and expertise in data collection reporting and analysis.
Role Responsibilites
- Should have the better knowledge of Construction Finance and monitoring.
- Data collection from multiple department.
- Efficiently in CF portfolio review and prepare the report
- Highly proficient in MS Excels and PPT. Knowledge of tools like SQL Python and SAS is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Good knowledge and proficient in preparing the Decks in PPT.
- Design manage and monitoring the reporting system of Construction Finance.
- Report generation and submission to the higher management
- Responsible for effective communication within cross functional teams.
- Sound knowledge of the CF product and related MIS as per industry practise
- To interpret data and able to recognise trends performance and marketplace for the product
- Vendor Management and other ad-hoc work related to the department
Eligibility Criteria
- Work Experience : Minimum 8 year experience in reporting role. Candidates from CF monitoring or operation are preferred.
- CF background must CF monitoring background High Proficiency in excel PPT and data collection from multiple sources and Good communication skills.
- CF Monitoring tools working High Proficiency in excel PPT BI tools and other management reporting tools
