We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional to join our People & Organization department and support recruiting efforts primarily concerning exempt and manufacturing recruiting. If your passion is networking with people of all avenues with a genuine desire to build partnerships with business leaders candidates and industry groups then wed love to talk with you!
Your days will include sourcing candidates through various channels partnering with Hiring Managers on interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in hiring events. To succeed in this role you should develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with hiring managers and potential hires. You will also create robust talent pipelines for our company s current and future hiring needs.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Coordinating with hiring managers to identify workforce needs
Conducting strategy calls and determining selection criteria
Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) sourcing platforms and responses to posted positions
Planning interview and selection procedures including screening calls assessments and in-person interviews
Assessing candidate information including resumes and contact details using our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
Working with Hiring Managers to create impactful job descriptions and potential interview questions that reflect each position s requirements
Organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events
Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants potential candidates and Hiring Managers
To thrive in this role you have:
Proven work experience (5-8 years) as a Talent Acquisition Professional or similar role
Adept with social media resume databases and professional networks (Factory Fix LinkedIn etc.)
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to sourcing and presentation skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within matrixed corporate organizations
4-year degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field (preferred)
