Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Executive / Intern with prior experience in a Digital Agency or Ad Agency environment.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion digital storytelling and online engagement capable of curating high-impact content and managing the brands digital presence across all major social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with FashionTVs global luxury brand identity.
Plan and manage daily posts campaigns and brand updates across platforms such as Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
Conceptualize and create engaging trend-driven content including reels stories and short-form videos.
Collaborate with the creative content and marketing teams to produce visually appealing and brand-aligned posts.
Engage with online audiences through comments messages and influencer collaborations to build brand loyalty.
Monitor social media trends hashtags and competitor activities to identify content opportunities.
Optimize content for engagement and reach using analytics and insights.
Coordinate with influencers photographers and production teams for social media shoots and campaigns.
Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting engagement metrics audience growth and campaign performance.
Stay updated with the latest platform algorithms tools and best practices in social media marketing.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication Marketing Digital Media or related field.
0.6 6 years of professional experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing (agency background preferred).
Strong understanding of social media platforms content trends and digital audience behavior.
Proficiency in Instagram Reels Meta Business Suite YouTube Studio and scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer Hootsuite Later).
Creative mindset with an eye for design aesthetics and luxury branding.
Excellent communication storytelling and coordination skills.
Knowledge of Canva Adobe Creative Suite or video editing tools is an added advantage.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
