The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers explaining products or services generating leads maintaining customer relationships and achieving daily and monthly targets. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills patience and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products services or offers.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
Explain product features pricing and benefits clearly and convincingly.
Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly in CRM/software.
Follow up on leads quotations and previous interactions to close sales or ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries complaints and feedback professionally.
Meet or exceed daily call targets conversion goals and team objectives.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth lead management.
Maintain proper call records and submit regular performance reports.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi English Bengali
Good listening and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle pressure and remain polite and professional at all times.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office CRM data entry).
Self-motivated confident and target-oriented.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling customer service or telesales will be an added advantage.
