Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations.
- Conduct data analysis to support financial decision-making.
- Help in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support the finance team with daily operational tasks.
- Participate in financial audits and assessments.
- Analyze market trends to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with team members on financial projects.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Research and compile data for reports and presentations.
- Assist in developing financial models for analyzing performance.
- Contribute to process improvements within financial operations.
- Support the preparation of tax documentation as required.
- Help in processing invoices and expense reports.
- Engage in communication with vendors and clients regarding financial queries.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss financial strategies and goals.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or completed degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in finance or accounting (internships welcome).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and regulations.
- Motivated to learn and develop skills in finance.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Understanding of data analysis tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
