Are you passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences Columbia Woodlands is looking for an energetic and friendly Guest Services Representative to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional stay at our stunning glamping resort. From planning outdoor adventures to delivering top-notch service youll play a key role in making each visit memorable.
What Youll Do
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism ensuring every arrival feels special.
Assist with luggage handling turn-down service and any guest requests throughout their stay.
Plan and coordinate exciting outdoor experiences such as hiking excursions fishing trips campfire gatherings and more.
Deliver food drinks and amenities directly to cabins and activity areas.
Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to create magical moments.
What Were Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in hospitality concierge or guest services roles (luxury or outdoor resort experience a plus!).
A friendly professional attitude and a passion for helping others.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in an active outdoor environment.
