About the Role
We are hiring a seasoned State Head to lead and scale operations for a reputed JEE/NEET test preparation brand.
The role involves strategic and operational leadership across metro and non-metro centers driving growth performance and market expansion through strong business acumen and on-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage state operations with 8–12 Center Heads as direct reports and an overall team of 40–50 members.
- Drive admissions revenue and profitability across all centers.
- Plan and execute offline business development strategies including partnerships with schools franchise development and BTL marketing activities.
- Ensure academic and operational excellence across centers.
- Collaborate with central teams for marketing campaigns product rollouts and business initiatives.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement process improvements for efficiency and growth.
- Hire mentor and develop high-performing teams to ensure consistent delivery and results.
- Manage the entire P&L for the state
Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years of experience in leadership roles within education test preparation or related sectors.
- Proven experience working in both large corporates and startups with adaptability to scale and agility.
- Strong background in offline business development BTL activations and partnership management.
- Demonstrated success in managing large teams and multi-location operations.
- Strong analytical leadership and communication skills.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business Education or a related discipline.
