Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:
Design and execute long-term business strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Identify emerging market opportunities evaluate risks and define actionable growth plans.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct detailed market research competitive benchmarking and trend analysis to inform business decisions and identify untapped areas for development or expansion.
Investment & Financial Analysis:
Leverage investment banking expertise to evaluate M&A opportunities strategic partnerships and joint ventures. Build financial models perform valuation analyses and provide data-driven recommendations.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with senior executives and cross-functional teams to align on strategic priorities ensuring organizational focus and execution excellence.
Project Management:
Lead high-impact strategic projects from ideation to delivery. Monitor timelines manage resources and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Performance Optimization:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of strategic initiatives. Adjust approaches to optimize performance and business outcomes.
Executive Reporting:
Develop and deliver executive-level presentations insights and reports on strategic plans project updates and business performance.

Requirements

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or a related discipline. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.
Experience:
8-10 years of proven experience in strategy consulting investment banking or corporate development with a successful track record in growth and transformation initiatives.
Analytical Expertise:
Exceptional financial modeling valuation and data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex insights into strategic actions.
Leadership & Influence:
Strong leadership background with experience managing teams and driving collaboration across departments.
Communication Excellence:
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly.
Problem-Solving Mindset:
Proactive results-oriented thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative practical solutions.
