The Role

Were looking for a Client Onboarding & Sales Coordinator to be the first point of contact for new clients and help guide them smoothly through our influencer marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone organized proactive and passionate about influencer marketing and client success.

What Youll Do

Manage the onboarding process for new clients ensuring a smooth start to their campaigns.
Support the sales team in prospecting follow-ups and closing new influencer marketing opportunities.
Coordinate between clients campaign managers and creators to ensure expectations and deliverables are clear.
Assist with preparing proposals campaign summaries and reports for internal and client use.
Stay informed about influencer marketing trends to advise clients on best practices.

Requirements

13 years experience in client services sales support account management or marketing coordination.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Interest or experience in influencer marketing and social media campaigns.
Proactive detail-oriented and able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Comfortable collaborating with international teams.
