Job Summary

40 hours a week
M - F 9 am - 6 pm PST includes 1 hr unpaid break

Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to manage and grow multiple brands under one creative direction. This role combines content strategy digital storytelling and lead generation with a focus on building brand awareness driving engagement and converting followers into qualified leads.

The ideal candidate is a creative strategic thinker and proactive executor someone who can write design and analyze while optimizing content performance for measurable growth.


Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
  • Plan create and schedule original content (posts videos carousels captions hashtags) across LinkedIn Instagram TikTok YouTube and Facebook.

  • Maintain distinct brand voices and aesthetics for each brand while ensuring consistent messaging.

  • Write compelling copy and design engaging visuals using tools like Canva Adobe Suite or AI-assisted platforms (ChatGPT Pictory OpusClip).

  • Repurpose existing assets (images videos blogs) to create fresh platform-optimized content.

  • Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with campaign goals and brand initiatives.

  • Provide creative and strategic input on personal and corporate brand positioning.

Community Engagement
  • Engage authentically with followers responding to comments DMs and mentions to foster trust and loyalty.

  • Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations or brand partnerships that align with company values.

Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using Meta Business Suite Metricool Later or HubSpot.

  • Deliver monthly reports with key insights performance summaries and growth recommendations.

  • Stay updated on algorithm changes AI tools and social media trends applying best practices proactively.

Lead Generation & Growth (Highly Preferred)
  • Design and implement organic and paid campaigns on LinkedIn Meta and TikTok focused on lead capture and nurturing.

  • Manage CRM and lead funnels tracking prospect progress from awareness to conversion.

  • Build and maintain segmented lead lists and assist with outbound messaging or email drip campaigns.

  • Support newsletter growth and collaborate on call-to-action strategies that drive sign-ups consultations or purchases.


Scope of Work

  • End-to-end social media management: strategy creation posting and engagement

  • Multi-platform oversight with emphasis on LinkedIn Instagram and TikTok

  • Manage both personal and corporate brand accounts under a unified creative strategy

  • Fully remote role requires a reliable internet connection and secure workspace

Requirements
  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn Instagram and TikTok accounts

  • Strong video editing skills - portfolio required

  • Strong creative storytelling and visual design skills

  • Proficiency in AI tools and traditional content creation

  • Strong understanding of audience targeting engagement and social media analytics

  • Experience using Canva Adobe Suite or similar tools for branded graphics and videos

  • Comfortable editing short-form video content

  • Familiarity with SEO and YouTube optimization

  • Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel or equivalent) or ability to learn quickly

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
