Job Summary
- Lead and oversee end-to-end IT project planning execution and delivery with a focus on cybersecurity IT disaster recovery and resilience.
- Manage project progress and milestones using advanced MS Excel and Power Query tools to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Take accountability for weekly program reporting ensuring transparency and timely communication to stakeholders.
- Act as a key liaison between application teams and the program management office maintaining alignment of priorities and deliverables.
- Identify escalate and resolve program-level impediments to maintain steady progress across multiple workstreams.
- Contribute to building organizational resilience through effective project governance risk management and proactive mitigation planning.
- 10 years of experience in IT project management preferably in large-scale or enterprise environments.
- Proven expertise in cybersecurity disaster recovery and resilience frameworks.
- Strong technical proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions pivot tables macros) and Power Query for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in developing and managing detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent IT initiatives effectively.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable project deliverables.
- Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams and drive accountability.
- Identify and address project risks issues and dependencies proactively.
- Deliver concise data-driven reports to senior management.
