Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Software Developer to join our team focused on building and enhancing scalable data this role you will work extensively with Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to configure data ingestion modeling segmentation and activation processes. You will design robust data models and ensure seamless integration across various cloud platforms contributing directly to business and marketing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently own and execute assigned tasks while supporting junior team members as needed
  
• Ensure high-quality deliverables including oversight of junior team contributions
  
• Analyze and identify gaps in functional/business requirements and communicate findings to Business and Functional Analysts
  
• Develop scalable solutions aligned with business objectives marketing metrics and technical requirements
  
• Assess the impact of changes in functional requirements on technical designs
  
• Optimize internal processes based on team feedback opportunity gaps and business needs
  
• Design and implement scalable data models; build Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs)
  
• Configure ingestion data modeling segmentation and activation within Salesforce Data Cloud
  
• Understand and manage integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and other cloud platforms
  
• Apply best design standards to deliver efficient secure and high-performing solutions
  
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure quality performance and security compliance
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers designers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
  
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for development processes architectures and codebases
  

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or similar data platforms
  
• Hands-on expertise in data ingestion mapping identity resolution within Salesforce Data Cloud
  
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and SQL
  
• Ability to design data models work with APIs and configure platform components
  
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including SSJS scripting and automation
  
• Proficiency in handling CSV files and file-based data operations
  
• Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills
  
• Ability to assess technical design impacts due to changing functional requirements
  
• Experience conducting peer reviews and providing constructive feedback
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Deep understanding of data modeling concepts
  
• Advanced SQL and API handling capabilities
  
• Familiarity with tools such as DBeaver and Postman
  
• Knowledge of marketing automation flows and concepts
  
• Salesforce Data Cloud Accredited Professional certification
  
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (preferred but not mandatory)
