Responsibilities

Source and recruit top talent for IT Digital ITES and BPS verticals
Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing screening and closing
Utilize digital sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search job boards and ATS
Collaborate with the team to achieve business growth through strategic talent acquisition

Requirements

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably in IT Digital ITES or BPS verticals
Proven track record of successful recruitment with hands-on experience in sourcing and closing
Expertise in digital sourcing tools and technologies
Freshers with a strong academic background and a passion for recruitment are also encouraged to apply

Required Skills:

Background in shooting video or as a video editor but relish the behind-the-scenes role producing and packaging video content that captures and engages Strong technical skills and experience with Final Cut Studio Adobe Creative Suite Video Editing software AfterEffects and AVID among others Strong communicator: The ability to communicate status updates to key stakeholders will set you apart in this role Strong interpersonal skills we work with a variety of clients and embracing diversity is why our company stands out and why clients want us to produce their videos Patience and a sense of humor: You know the drillproject needs can change on a moments notice there are fire drills and deadlines but you are calm cool and collected in times of change A strong understanding of how we make an impact in our industry. You may know our competitors too and want to continue to show why we are best in class amongst those competitors Previous Video Production experience with an agency or within a creative department desired. Those with freelance or contract experience also considered with the right skill set
