Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve brand and business objectives.

  • Plan and manage ATL / BTL campaigns product launches and promotional events.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media SEO and online ads.

  • Coordinate with sales distribution and product development teams for market alignment.

  • Oversee packaging branding and advertising for new and existing products.

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns.

  • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies vendors and media partners.

Required Skill Sets

  • In-depth understanding of FMCG marketing branding and consumer behavior.

  • Experience in digital marketing ATL / BTL promotions and product positioning.

  • Strong analytical planning and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Google Analytics and digital campaign tools.

  • Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Business Administration.

  • Experience: 510 years in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Retail Marketing
