About the Role:

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to take ownership of content creation CRM management and social engagement. Youll be working behind the scenes to help build their brand connect with their audience and streamline their digital operations. If youre passionate about fitness creative content and making a measurable impact this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and publish content across social platforms (mainly Instagram)

• Edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut or Canva

• Write captions that align with the brands tone and connect with the audience

• Send weekly marketing emails (e.g. Tuesday Takeaway)

• Manage and maintain CRM workflows in GoHighLevel (Rehab Chiro Connect)

• Engage with leads via DM or text to convert inquiries into booked calls

• Track and report on performance of content and campaigns

• Design and execute marketing materials for events like workshops and injury screens

Qualifications:

Required:

• 12 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management

• Strong video editing and graphic design skills (CapCut Canva or similar)

• Familiarity with CRM tools (ideally GoHighLevel or willingness to learn)

• Excellent written English and attention to detail

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

• Interest in health fitness or performance industries

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare wellness or fitness-related content

• Basic understanding of campaign tracking and analytics
