Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring efficiency accuracy and safety in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in warehouse settings enjoys process optimization and can manage cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all warehouse activities including receiving storing picking packing and shipping of materials and finished goods.
- Oversee order fulfillment with a focus on accuracy speed and quality.
- Manage inventory control through regular cycle counts audits and reconciliations.
- Assign and monitor daily tasks for warehouse associates and temporary workers.
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain productivity and compliance.
- Track and report daily KPIs identifying opportunities for workflow improvement.
- Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve logistics or order-related issues.
- Ensure warehouse operations meet safety standards and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and cost control.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience.
- Strong understanding of logistics inventory management and warehouse workflows.
- Hands-on experience supervising and training warehouse teams. (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint); familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
- Excellent communication organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Bilingual in Korean and English required (verbal and written).
