Job Summary
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a skilled Live Chat Agent to join our team. Your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries via our live chat platform. Youll be the face of our brand directly impacting our reputation and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries promptly via live chat.
- Provide accurate valid and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas.
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is a plus.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
