We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Virtual Typist Data Entry Clerk to join our this role you will be responsible for accurately typing entering and updating data into our digital systems. This position is fully remote and requires strong attention to detail accuracy and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Type and enter data from various sources into databases or spreadsheets.
Review and verify the accuracy of entered data.
Maintain and update electronic records and files.
Correct errors and ensure data integrity.
Follow company data entry procedures and guidelines.
Meet daily or weekly typing and accuracy targets.
Communicate with team members via email or chat for task updates.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a typist data entry clerk or similar role (preferred but not required).
Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM recommended).
Basic computer and internet skills (MS Word Excel or Google Sheets).
Good command of English and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and a personal computer or laptop.

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in public health nonprofit management social sciences communications or related field. 2 years of experience in program coordination preferably in a nonprofit or healthcare setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Zoom and online project management tools (e.g. Trello Asana). Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp Constant Contact) is a plus. Understanding of chronic illness autoimmune disease or patient advocacy is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote or hybrid team.
