Hiring for Business Development Executive Beauty & Cosmetics at PAN India


Location: PAN India (Retail Store Based)
Compensation: 16000 (in-hand) 200 Daily TA/DA Attractive Incentives
Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Sunday Off)


Role Overview

We are hiring Business Development Executives for a leading online cosmetic & beauty products store. This role involves local market visits sales meetings and driving product visibility for Retail Super Store in the All India region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop leads through market visits provided data and personal references.

  • Meet and engage with Distributors Retailers and Vendors to present products conduct sampling and promote offerings.

  • Execute focus product initiatives and ensure timely closures.

  • Support retailers and distributors with business development activities.

  • Track and report monthly sales performance and initiatives.



Requirements

  • Graduate (Freshers and up to 11 months of sales experience can apply).

  • Must be a local resident of above locations (within 20 km of the store).

  • Personal two-wheeler (bike preferred) is mandatory.

  • Candidates with knowledge of the beauty/cosmetics market will be preferred.

  • Male candidates are preferred for this role.



  • Benefits

  • Fixed salary of 16000 (in-hand).

  • Daily TA/DA allowance of 200.

  • Lucrative incentive structure on performance.
