Architect and Launch a Core Application Feature: Lead front-end development of a major new feature within 6-9 months. Translate UI/UX designs into scalable performant experiences using React and TypeScript.
Elevate Code Quality and Development Velocity: Champion front-end improvements by building a reusable component library enhancing test coverage and leading code reviews. Success measured by improved maintainability and faster development times.
Drive Front-End Performance Optimization: Analyze and improve web application performance by resolving key bottlenecks for faster smoother experiences particularly in low-bandwidth environments.
Become a Key Technical Contributor: Shape the front-end technical roadmap by researching new technologies advocating best practices and mentoring team members.

Profile for Success

Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years of professional web development experience.
- A certificate or diploma in a relevant field such as Web Development or Graphic Design.
- Essential proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript/TypeScript and .
Core Competencies:
- Demonstrated experience in taking complex UI/UX designs and translating them into high-quality responsive web applications.
- A proven track record of building and maintaining applications using modern front-end frameworks like React and .
