Job Skills / Requirements
Ealy AM Floor cleaner needed to perform floor work. Person should know how to use a leaf blower auto scrubber power washer and side by side machine. If not a willing to learn the basic skills. Person must demonstrate leadership ability and be able to arrive at work Sunday thru Thursday 6 am to 10 am. Basic janitorial duties will be performed on mall common tile areas and parking garage.
Power washing common mall floor tile will occur most days other duties as assigned may include fan cleaning garage cleaning bathroom cleaning zone floor cleaning and removing water from planters located within the mall.
Physical Requirements:
Bending Pulling Side-to-side motion Sight Pushing Repetitive Motion Mobility and ability to lift to 50 lbs.
The duties and responsibilities of this job may be changed and / or additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time at MFI S discretion. The Companys policy requiring regular attendance at work also applies to this job position. Se necesita personal de limpieza para el turno matutino. Se requiere experiencia en el uso de sopladoras de hojas fregadoras automáticas hidrolavadoras y máquinas de limpieza de pisos. Si no tiene experiencia está dispuesto/a a aprender las habilidades básicas. Debe demostrar capacidad de liderazgo y poder presentarse a trabajar los domingos thru a jueves 6 am to 10 am. Las tareas básicas de limpieza se realizarán en las áreas comunes del centro comercial y el estacionamiento.
El lavado a presión de los pisos comunes del centro comercial se realizará la mayoría de los días. Otras tareas asignadas pueden incluir limpieza de ventiladores limpieza del estacionamiento limpieza de baños limpieza de pisos por zonas y vaciado de macetas dentro del centro comercial.
Requisitos físicos: Flexión tracción movimientos laterales buena visión movimientos repetitivos de empuje movilidad y capacidad para levantar hasta 23 kg (50 lb).
