Job Description

We are seeking a Client Experience Coordinator who will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and support. This position requires a proactive individual who excels at communication organization and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams ensuring that every project runs smoothly and every client feels valued.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service coordination.

  • Oversee client onboarding and maintain consistent communication throughout the process.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.

  • Track client satisfaction metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Prepare reports handle documentation and assist in optimizing client management systems.

  • Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
