What this job involves:

Supporting the team

You will be working side-by-side with the team to ensure the success of mission-critical projects in our dynamic financial institution environment from initiation through design construction and completion. Operating within strict regulatory frameworks while maintaining aggressive timelines youll navigate complex stakeholder landscapes across trading floors executive suites branch renovations and technology centers. Projects vary significantly in scope complexity and organizational sensitivity requiring both procedural excellence and strategic problem-solving.

Managing multiple projects concurrently with organizational acumen

We employ talent from diverse backgrounds though typically you should have a degree in Engineering Construction Management Business or Finance and/or 3-6 years experience in complex project management within financial services consulting or enterprise environments. Your expertise should span regulatory compliance (SOX risk management protocols) stakeholder coordination in matrix organizations and value engineering that balances innovation with institutional requirements. Your ability to quickly assess organizational dynamics while delivering technical solutions will be crucial for managing multinational client requirements and competing internal priorities.

Business savvy and strategically minded

To excel in this role you need deep understanding of financial services operations and the organizational dynamics that influence decision-making. Youll deliver projects that directly impact trading operations client services and regulatory compliance while navigating departmental objectives and executive expectations.
