Job Summary
As part of Cofaces digital transformation we are looking for a Hybrid IT Project Manager to lead strategic projects at the intersection of business and technical teams. This role supports innovation process optimization and modernization of our information systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT projects: scoping planning execution monitoring and closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: business IT security data.
- Define and track performance indicators (KPIs) risks and action plans.
- Lead project committees and governance bodies.
- Draft project deliverables (specifications meeting minutes test plans etc.).
- Support users through change management and adoption of new tools.
- Ensure quality timeliness and budget compliance.
Qualifications :
Technical and Functional Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in IT project management within complex environments.
- Strong command of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools: Jira Confluence.
- Ability to understand business needs and communicate with technical stakeholders.
- Professional English required (written and spoken).
Education
Masters degree in IT engineering project management or equivalent.
Personal Qualities
- Leadership rigor and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Results-oriented and customer-focused.
Additional Assets
- PMP Prince2 or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience in insurance credit or financial services.
- Knowledge of Java development and contract management tool.
