About the role
A fantastic opportunity now exists for a Project Manager where no two days are the same. Ventia provides an integrated full Facilities Maintenance outcomes-based service solution to Auckland City Council including open space hard and soft services under a hybrid self-delivered and sub-contracted partnership model.
Reporting to the Construction Manager the Project Manager will lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment has strong leadership skills and is passionate about delivery high-quality results on time and within budget.
Civil Engineering Diploma/Degree OR Trade background
7 years construction experience in Project Management including tracking and planning projects
Strong communicator confident presenting reporting and negotiating
Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and safety protocols
Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Manage project documentation including contracts specifications and change orders
Foster strong relationships with clients vendors and subcontractor
