Job Summary

Hiring Condition:Permanent
Job Description
- Consolidate fixed expense (FMI) from M&S functions for BP Forecast and Actual timely basis and generate report
- Support roles for Variable marketing expense (VME) data preparation
- Correctness FMI and VME actual accrual and reconcile and generate actual report
- Generate M&S expense report and profit analysis for M&S functions and management
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks data preparation and adhoc tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Accounting is preferred
- Good skills in communication and interpersonal
- English language communication is advantage
- Experience skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Attention to detail imperative
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good interpersonal relations and positive thinking
