Work youll do:

Deliver and collect documents packages and other materials to and from clients vendors and government institutions (such as the Tax Office).
Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately safely and within the required time frame.
Handle urgent or immediate delivery requests with efficiency and professionalism.
Maintain a log of all deliveries and collections including time location and recipient.
Plan and organize daily routes effectively to maximize productivity.
Assist with basic office errands and administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and security of all company and client documents.
Report any delays incidents or issues encountered during deliveries to the supervisor.

Requirements

Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
Proven experience as a courier or messenger is an advantage.
Familiar with local routes and government office locations.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Responsible trustworthy and able to handle confidential materials.
Able to work under pressure and handle urgent assignments calmly.
Possess a valid drivers license (motorcycle) and have a personal vehicle in good condition.
