Job Summary
- Administrative and operational support for the Talent Management team in the area of Performance Management
- Taking ownership especially regarding data management and quality assurance - ensuring accuracy and integrity of large datasets throughout all processes
- Extracting processing and managing large volumes of HR data
- System administration - working extensively with HR software platforms and managing backend processes
- User support - responding to inquiries and providing assistance with process-related questions
Qualifications :
- You are a student in Psychology Business Administration Social Sciences or a comparable university/college program
- Structured and independent working approach
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and ideally prior knowledge of Talents
- Strong German language skills and intermediate English skills
