As a Technical Training Manager you will be expected to develop implement and oversee technical training programs.

• Other responsiblities include but not limited to:
• Design and develop technical training materials courses and certification programs (in-person virtual and e-learning)
• Ensure that technical teams are equipped with the latest tools technologies and best practices to achieve organizational goals and maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Plan schedule and manage all technical training sessions and resources.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to update training content.
• Analyze learning data to refine programs and improve engagement and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations standards and quality requirements.

• Minimum of 10 years experience in Technical training role.
• Developing and delivering training programs in the following areas: Air Traffic Control Open- Source Intelligence or specific technical products.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
