Sales Forecast
- Be the process owner of the sales forecast. Check & consolidate input from different functions as Logistics and Sales).
- Analyze & highlight major changes between different scenarios.
Cost Center Coordination
- Review & Support of cost centers with the cost center responsible counterpart.
- Help track performance and highlight key cost or forecast changes.
Assist Controlling Processes
- Support regular controlling tasks such as write-off/back checks cost deep dives and cost measure tracking.
- Help ensure that team processes run efficiently and deadlines are met.
Create and Maintain Reports
- Develop simple ad-hoc reports and tools to support business needs.
- Maintain key controlling reports such as Internal Defect Cost reports and PowerBI dashboard.
Administrative Support
- Assist with administrative and coordination tasks for Business Planning (BP) Current forecast (CF) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR).
- Work closely with colleagues across functions to share data and align on reporting.
Qualifications :
Education Background:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business Administration or a related field.
Qualifications:
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate results clearly even to executive management.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting variance analysis and actual-to-plan checks.
- Able to perform complex calculations with strong logical and structured thinking.
- Commercial background or strong interest in financial and operational topics.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams across departments locations and hierarchies.
- Reliable and self-driven able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Able to handle pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to continuously improve tools and processes.
- Confident decision-making skills with the ability to present and stand by your results.
- Strong affinity for IT tools (MS Office) and systems ideally with experience in SAP or similar platforms.
