Job Summary
SoC DFT(SCANMBISTFBIST) Design Engineer or Leader. Applying DFT technology to design by considering both test cost and quality.
- DFT specification study: Study DFT(SCANMBIST) specification from both cost and quality target.
- DFT circuit implementation: Implement DFT circuit based on specification
- DFT circuit verification: Circuit verification by circuit structure formal verification and logic simulation.
- Test coverage verification: Verify test coverage towards quality target.
- Implemantation verification and timing design for FBIST that is for HW diagnosis at the field.
LSI scale is becoming larger and complex since high performance SOC requires enhanced function and performance. DFT and FBIST development requires agile action to meet both test cost and quality.
This recruitment is for a inovative engineer which can aim test cost reduction and quality improvement.
Were waiting for a engineer who can work with global mindset since were co-working with a design center in Vietnam (language:English)
Qualifications :
- DFT design experience: over 5 years
- digical ciruit designverification experience
- Language (English): experience to use English in business
- Language (Japanese): business level
