We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Chennai India. As a key member of our sales organization you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share
- Lead coach and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to track progress and address challenges
- Collaborate with marketing product and customer service teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts
- Create and present detailed sales reports forecasts and business reviews to senior management

Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques lead generation and customer relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to coach motivate and develop sales professionals
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and business reviews
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
